More Event Information

On Monday November 13th 2017 at 11:00 AM we will be holding our second annual Golf tournament for the Veteran Golfers Association at Woodbridge Country club. Woodbridge Golf and Country Club (WBCC) would like to extend an invitation to you to join us on November 13, 2017, at our golf course, in our attempt in honoring and supporting local veterans, as well as introducing you and our local veterans to the Veteran Golfers Association (VGA) which is dedicated to improving the lives and families of Veterans all over America.

On that day we will hold a tournament slotted for 125 players with Lunch and Dinner included. The competition event will be a 4 person scramble event. Prizes will be awarded for several competitions on the course and prior to the event. Raffle and auction items will be up for sale to raise money for local veterans as well. Cost for non-Veteran’s and supporters of Veterans is $250 for individuals and there are several categories of sponsorships available that fund golf for local veterans and families and VGA attendees also. We have quite a few spots for veterans and their immediate family members to play for free.

Our goal at WBCC is to identify local veterans in need of sponsorship to play that day and perhaps include their families as well. We hope to learn their individual needs and raise money to assist all that we can with those needs. So please help us in locating these individuals that truly deserve our support and then help us raise the money needed to fulfill as many of those needs as we can. Please help donate raffle and auction items such as gift baskets and certificates.
