Our 32nd Annual Golf Tournament will take place at the beautiful Cyprian Keyes Golf Club in Boylston, MA on Monday, August 22.

Golfers may participate as individuals or as a foursome. At the event, there will also be a raffle and a silent auction with exciting prizes!

Participation will include: breakfast and lunch, 18 holes of golf, a golf-cart, and a goodie bag. Each golfer that plays in the tournament will also receive a complimentary round of golf at Cyprian Keyes!

All proceeds raised from the tournament and the raffle allow us to continue to provide vital programs and services for persons with bleeding disorders and their families.

The deadline to register is Monday, August 15, 2022.

Agenda 

• 7 AM – Check-in/registration and breakfast 
• 8 AM – Shotgun start
• 1 PM – Lunch and silent auction/raffles throughout the day
• 2 PM – Event ends

Cost

• $195 per golfer
• $750 for a foursome
• $300 hole sponsor sign

COVID-19 Guidelines

NEHA will follow all COVID-19 guidelines set by the venue and the local government.

• All attendees, regardless of vaccination status, must complete a simple and quick online COVID-19 Check-In form before attending the event. The form was created to protect your family and other attendees. The form will be emailed to you 72 hours before the event begins.
• NEHA strongly recommends that anyone eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine be fully vaccinated prior to attending any event.
• Mask wearing is optional for all attendees.
• Please stay home and do not attend the event if you have tested positive for COVID-19, are waiting for COVID-19 test results, have COVID-19 symptoms, feel sick or unwell, or if you have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for or who has symptoms of COVID-19.
