Operation Super Jack has partnered with Children’s Hospital and Medical Center in Omaha, NE to establish a safe emergency room for children with weak immune systems.

The 3rd Annual Operation Super Jack golf outing will be held this year on Saturday, June 16th at Tiburon Golf Club in Omaha, NE. To ensure the success of this event, we are seeking contributions and donations. We would be honored if you would help us by joining us for golf, sponsoring drinks, dinner, or a hole; or donating silent auction and/or raffle items, flag prizes, and swag bag items.

Not a golfer? No worries, you can purchase the dinner option only and come for the awards ceremony and after-party!

Golf and Dinner Options:
~ $500.00 Foursome with Hole Sponsor: Includes four golfers, dinner, digital and printed hole sponsorship signs, carts, and prizes.
~ $400.00 Foursome: Includes four golfers, dinner, carts, and prizes.
~ $100.00 Individual Golfer: Includes individual golfer, dinner, cart, and prizes
~ $15.00 Dinner Only: Includes dinner, awards reception, silent auction, and raffle.

Sponsorship Options:
~ $1,000 Dinner Sponsor: Signage at dinner; recognition throughout the event.
~ $500.00 Drink Sponsor: Recognition on drink tickets and throughout the event.
~ $200.00 Green Sponsor: Logo on pin flag to keep.
~ $100.00 Hole Sponsor: Sponsor a child with cancer or use your company logo. Displayed on digital and printed signs.
