Live Like Cole Foundation proudly presents the 4th Annual Golf Tournament & Par-Tee. This year, the tournament will be held at The Moorings exclusive Hawk’s Nest Course!

GOLF REGISTRATION + INFORMATION
• Tournament on Saturday, July 13, 2019 with an 8:30 a.m. shot gun start @ The Moorings Hawk’s Nest Golf Club (6005 Old Dixie Hwy, Vero Beach, FL 32967).
• Limited availability.
• Individual Player – $250
• Foursome – $900
• New on course competitions!
• Golf will be followed by a luncheon and awards.
• Included, each golfer receives tickets to the Par-Tee with a plus one.

PAR-TEE INFORMATION
• Par-Tee on Friday, July 12, 2019 @ The Moorings Yacht & Country Club (100 Harbour Dr., Vero Beach, FL 32963) from 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.
• For Golfers: Check in with your plus one and pick up your goodie bag. You also have the opportunity to buy specialty packages the night before the tournament at the Par-Tee.
• For Non-Golfers: The Par-Tee was designed with you in mind! A limited amount of tickets are released to the public for only $125 a ticket.
• For All: Enjoy the evening with hors d’oeuvres, dinner* and cash bar, with silent and live auction.

*Gluten Free And Vegetarian Options Are Available Upon Request.
