***Golf and Wrestling***how do they come together, this is how….
In 2007 my dad was inducted into the Florida Chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame for Lifetime Service. He’s been a high school referee for 44 yrs. In 2011 he was honored by the Clay County Wrestling program when they started a scholarship in his name. Each year a scholarship is awarded to a wrestler based on character and need with the emphasis on character. The goal of this scholarship is to offer financial support and encouragement to continue their education. The golf tournament is one way my dad helps raise $$ to continue offering the scholarship each year. All funds raised go to the kids, so please come out for a fun day of golf and at the same time help support this great scholarship!! ⛳️
