(Includes breakfast, 18 holes of
golf with cart, tee prize, range
balls, drinks & lunch on the course,
prize fund, & awards dinner.)

Includes a foursome to golf tournament,
signage on tee box or green and
recognition at the awards dinner.
TEE SPONSOR- $500
Includes signage on tee box or green
along with recognition at awards dinner.
