Our annual golf tournament is a great way for you to network with fellow colleagues, and meet local agency, state, and private sector staff while helping us advance women in the field, creating a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable transportation industry through the global advancement of women.

Did you know our proceeds go toward our scholarship fund? Each year at our Annual Gala we are able to award scholarships to women in Utah colleges that are actively pursuing degrees in transportation.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

• Lunch Sponsor: $750; This sponsorship level allows you 5-10 minutes to speak about your company at the luncheon, along with the company logo on display at the luncheon.
• Drink Ticket Sponsor: $500; New this year! With this sponsorship, your company logo will be added to the drink tickets with the following message “This ticket is complementary of X Company”. Company logo listed with other sponsors at the awards reception.
• Drink Cart Sponsor: $300; Signage with the company logo on the drink cart and at the cooler location on course; company logo listed with other sponsors at the awards reception.
• Hole Sponsor w/Promotional Opportunity: $500; With this sponsorship level, your company is allowed to have a table with a game or promotional materials at an assigned tee box. Games, if played, must not slow down the play of the golf tournament. Company logo listed with other sponsors at the awards reception.
• Hole Sponsor: $150; This sponsorship level comes with a sign with the company logo which will be placed on an assigned hole; the company logo listed with other sponsors at the awards reception.
• Raffle Sponsor: $100; Company logo listed with other sponsors at the awards reception. Want to go bigger? With a $400 raffle sponsorship, we will raffle off a Solo Stove or similar item with your company logo! Or let us know if you have an item you would like to donate.
