We will be having our Annual Golf Tournament Saturday May 4th, 2019 at Bushwood Golf & Country Club (2900 S. 16th. Street Chickasha, OK 73018).
This is a 4 person scramble. There must be 4 people to 1 team.
$60 Per Person/ $240 Per Team.
Interested in sponsoring a hole? The sponsor fee is $250.

Morning teams will tee off at 7am.
Donation lunch & raffle tickets will begin after the first group is done.
Afternoon teams will tee off following lunch & raffles.

To register for a team or sponsor a hole please call or text Courtney @ 405-574-6156 or Matt @ 405-574-2003.
You may also register at Bushwood Golf & Country Club as well.

Deadline to register is 4/26/19.

Proceeds will be donated to local Cancer Patients.
