Please join us for our annual CE Club ANNUAL LOUIS S. LeTELLIER
SCHOLARSHIP GOLF TOURNAMENT

WHO: ALL MEMBERS, FAMILY, GUESTS, SPONSORING COMPANIES, VENDORS, AND POTENTIAL MEMBERS

WHEN: THURSDAY, NOVEMEBER 2, 2017

11:00 am – Onsite registration and lunch
12:00 pm – Shot Gun Start, Captain’s Choice Following play – Barbeque Dinner and Awards & Raffle Prizes

WHERE: Golf Club at Wescott Plantation

COST: $80.00 PER PERSON
Includes: Green Fees, Beverages (Beer, Sodas, and Water), Lunch, Catered Dinner, and Awards for 1st Place Team, Longest Drive, and Closest to the Pin.
*OPTIONAL – $20/ (2) Mulligans, (1) Ladies Tee, and (1) Raffle Ticket
(Extra raffle tickets $5 each or 5 for $20)

$1,000 PREMIER SPONSORSHIP
Includes recognition as Title Sponsor, time to speak at the welcome and closing, ability to set up a table with information at the event, team entry (4 people), a hole sign, promotional mention at the tournament, and the opportunity to place company promotional information in gift bags. We will allow more than one.

$600 COMPANY SPONSORSHIP WITH PLAYERS
Includes team entry (4 people), a hole sign, promotional mention at the tournament, and the opportunity to place company promotional information in gift bags.

$500 BEVERAGE CART SPONSORSHIP
Includes recognition on the beverage cart(s), a hole sign, promotional mention at the tournament, and the opportunity to place company promotional information in the gift bags. We will allow more than one.

$300 COMPANY SPONSORSHIP WITHOUT PLAYERS
This option is best for companies that do not have any golfers able to play in the tournament but still want to show support for the club. Sponsorship includes all of the $600 sponsorship privileges, with the exception of no golfers.

Please indicate your interest on the enclosed price list to reserve your spot. Please complete only one form for your foursome. If you don’t have a foursome, send in your form and the committee will make pairings for individuals and groups of less than four players (we promise you’ll have a great time).

***Registration forms are due no later than Friday, October 20, 2017. Sign-up and pay online now. If mailing, we ask that payment is mailed with registration information to avoid additional costs to the club for No-Shows at the tournament. ****
