12:30 SHOTGUN START – SCRAMBLE FORMAT
Every year the Rumbleseat holds a charity golf tournament to help a member of our community in need. In September 2016 Tommy Lukasik came down with necrotizing pancreatitis that caused him to be on life support in a medically induced coma due to multiple organ failures. After 6 weeks in the hospital he went to a nursing home to relearn how to do simple day to day things many of us take for granted. He has been out of work for 8 months and has tens of thousands of dollars in medical bills and monthly expenses that have accrued as a result. With 90% of his pancreas gone and many more surgeries needed, Tommy is facing a long road to recovery. On behalf of Tommy, his wife, and two little girls we thank you in advance for your participation. We have sold out each of the past three year so PLEASE register early! A $110 deposit is needed to hold your foursome. Please drop it off at the Seat.

COST: $110 per player / $440 per foursome/$100 tee sign/$500 foursome with tee sign
