The Kendrick’s Journey

Brandon and Samantha Kendrick found out that they were expecting their first baby back in September of 2016. Later they found out that they were expecting a baby girl, Harper Danielle Kendrick.
On February 24th, Samantha went into preterm labor with baby Harper. Samantha was only 25 weeks pregnant at the time. After being monitored and discussing things with the Doctor’s, Sam was admitted to Forsyth on bed rest and monitored 24/7. The goal was to keep Harper in the womb until 34 weeks. During this stay, Doctor’s discovered that Samantha had a 14 CM mass in her chest. After 2 separate biopsies, it was confirmed and Samantha had been diagnosed with Mediastinal Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.
On March 18th at 8:01 pm, Harper Danielle Kendrick decided on her own to make her appearance into this world. Harper weighed 2 pounds and 15 ounces and was 14.96 inches long. Samantha was 28 weeks and 6 days pregnant.
Currently, Harper is healthy and breathing on her own. She does have a feeding tube. Samantha already has her port-a-cath and is getting ready to undergo several rounds of Chemotherapy and Radiation.

This tournament is a shotgun start at 8:30am. It is a 4 person Captain’s Choice team. $60.00 per player, $240.00 per team. A light breakfast will be provided. Lunch will be a hotdog/hamburger plate with chips and a drink.

We will needing and searching for sponsors for this event.

There will be prizes and raffle tickets, etc. More details will be posted as we go along.
