Dear Friends, Family and Supporters:

We are sending out an early notification about the First Annual Brooke Lynne Seman Memorial Golf Outing, which will be held Saturday, May 19, 2018 at The Madison Club.

If you had the pleasure of knowing Brooke Seman, you undoubtedly remember her as a wonderful little girl that could light up any room. But, sadly on February 7, 2017, this beautiful life was cut short from an acute asthma attack.

We are inviting you to honor and remember Brooke at our first annual memorial golf outing. In an effort to keep her memory alive, we hope to continue this outing for many years to come with all proceeds to go to a scholarship to a Senior Art Student at Frazier School District. Our goal is to continue until Brooke’s graduating year.

This year’s golf outing will be held at The Madison Club located at 519 Yukon Road, Madison, PA, and we would greatly appreciate any support you can offer, whether in donation, sponsorship or in putting a team together to participate.

The golf registration and sponsorship form will be available and we warmly welcome you and your friends to join us this May, for an enjoyable day of golf to honor Brooke. She was an amazing little girl and we hope you will honor her by supporting this great scholarship opportunity and enjoying this year’s event.

Donated raffle items are always appreciated; please allow us to contact you to arrange for the pick-up of these donated items. Any donation is greatly appreciated!
