Join us at the Columbus Marriott Business Council Charity Golf Outing to raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network.

Cost: $125 per player or $450 per foursome. Payment is due in full by Monday, October 2, 2017
After Registering to Attend:
Please email registrants names to Make Payment for your registration by either mailing or delivering in person to the Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel a check, cash or credit card information. Checks should be made payable to the Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel and noted as payment for the CMN Golf Outing. If paying by credit card, please fill out and fax back a credit card authorization form (email shane.Contact event using the form below. if you need a copy of the form).
About the Children’s Miracle Network:
More than 10 million kids enter a children’s hospital like Nationwide Children’s Hospital across North America every year. To provide the best care for kids, children’s hospitals rely on donations and community support, as Medicaid and insurance programs do not fully cover the cost of care.
