8:30 am Shotgun – Scramble Format
Our Holiday Party will be at the Luncheon that day, beginning around 1:30 pm (more information to follow closer to the event date).
Attached please find two forms:
Sponsorship Form – To register as a Sponsor and/or to Register to Play Golf
Donation Form – We are looking for gift certificates/gift cards for our Raffle & Silent Auction
