Dawn McGuinness was the type of person who made everyone feel like they were her best friend. Her outlook on life, perseverance, gratitude, and kindness to every single person she met was inspirational. In the wake of her passing, we decided to take the opportunity to continue Dawn’s legacy by dedicating this tournament to her.

During Dawn’s stay at Beth Israel’s Dazien Floor, we came to understand the a comfortable hospital stay wasn’t just beneficial to the patient, but their support system as well.  Having a room that felt more like a hotel then a hospital made her stay there little better.  It was always a dream of Dawn’s to re-create that experience for patients at Albany Medical Center.  It is our hope that this golf tournament can bring fun to a summer day and be the source of constant funds to keep Dawn’s dreams of a more pleasurable hospital stay continuing for years to come.

What is included in your entry:

– Lunch buffet

-One round of golf with golf cart – Shot gun start at 1pm

– Dinner Buffet

– Beverages during lunch and dinner, welcome drink

– Door prizes, raffles, give aways

– Many challenges including: long drive, hole in one, closest to the pin, straightest drive, and putting contest
