It’s the 8th Annual Drive For a Cause Golf Tournament at Powder Horn Golf Club! To register: http://bit.ly/2smmfX7
This is a four person scramble with a 12pm shotgun start. There will be dinner and a prize ceremony afer the tournament.
Your $150 enry fee includes:
18 holes of golf
cart
range balls
dinner after the tournament
Funds raised will support Bridging the Gap, an emergency fund that assists patients in need with their transition following a hospital stay. According to Tracy Will, SMH Social Worker, Bridging the Gap is an important resource for our patients.
“The assistance provides not only safe discharge from the hospital but independence, dignity and quality of life,” she added.
