More Event Information
This 144 max-player tournament will be four-person scramble with registration open at 11:00am and a shotgun start at 1:00pm
Funds raised will be donated as part of our commitment to help support Council for the Homeless, a non-profit leading the response to homelessness in Clark County.
Every person that plays in the tournament will make a difference and save lives through helping to end homelessness.
Players can register individually, in pairs, or as a foursome. A registration fee of $125 covers not only 18 holes at a beautiful private course, but practice balls, half a cart, dinner at the awards banquet, commemorative gifts, and a chance to win prizes!
In addition, $50 or more of every registration fee will be donated to Clark County Council for the Homeless.

What types of tickets are there?
- GROUP of 4 – This ticket is to register a complete group of four.
- GROUP of 3 – This ticket is to register a group of three players. Another player who registered individually may be added to your group on the day of the tournament.
- GROUP of 2 – This ticket is for a pair of players. Either another group or a set of individual registrants may be added to your group on the day of the tournament.
- INDIVIDUAL PLAYER – This is a ticket for an individual player. You will be matched with other players on the day of the tournament.
- INDIVIDUAL NON-PLAYER – This ticket is for spouses, partners, and friends of registered players. You are welcome to watch and enjoy the festivities. Your meal is included with the ticket.
- DONOR – This option allows you to donate funds directly to the charity. 100% of your donation will go to Clark County Council for the Homeless.
- VOLUNTEER – This ticket is for registering volunteers for the day of the event.
How do I sponsor a hole?
Sponsor forms are available at the local church. If you would like a form sent to you directly – please email Contact event using the form below. and we can send you the complete sponsor packet.
What are other ways I can support the cause?
We’d love volunteers for the day of the event, folks who can organize or build great gift baskets to use as prizes for the raffle at the tournament, or those who can help spread the word about the tournament to their friends and family. Share our post on Facebook, let your bank teller / hairdresser / neighbor know that this is happening, talk with other members of your church to see if they’d like to participate in building a gift basket. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We encourage carpooling! If you are able to drive a carpool or would like to join one, please work with your local church on organizing group transportation. There is free parking at the golf club.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. You do not need to bring a printed ticket to the event. When you buy your ticket your name will be added to a list of participants. We will check off people on the list at registration.
