More Event Information

It’s that time again! Family let’s reconnect and have a great time in Atlanta! Some of us haven’t seen each other in years and time is moving fast! We hope to see everybody in attendance for this fun filled weekend!

Here’s the details:

Host hotel will be Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina. There will be a discount code posted in this group at the beginning of January so that you all can book your rooms & we all will be under the same roof ( I work here as well so you will get top notch service from my co-workers).

Friday July 17, 2020 – Family arrival to host hotel, check in, at 8pm we will have our first event in the ballroom of the hotel.

WELCOME 2 ATL party!!! Buffet, dessert bar, open bar, photobooth, gift bags and more! This is our kick off event to a great reunion weekend. At the party you will also get your custom t-shirts.

Saturday July 18, 2020 – 9:30am buffet breakfast in Villa Christina restaurant at hotel, wing festival from 1pm to 4pm, family night at Main Event including bowling, laser tag, arcade games, virtual reality, mini golf, rock climbing and more.

Sunday July 19, 2020 – buffet breakfast in Villa Christina restaurant at host hotel, 12pm National Center For Civil & Human Rights tour, 3pm family day outside at park (piedmont park most likely, park will be confirmed in later months as they won’t allow booking 90+ days in advance) FAMILY DAY WILL INCLUDE A SPADES TOURNAMENT, BOUNCE HOUSE FOR THE KIDS, POPCORN/COTTON CANDY/SNO CONES, GRILLED FOOD, DRINKS AND FUN!

Checkout will be Monday morning from the host hotel

PAYMENT- the family reunion will not be a success without everybody’s input, you will be responsible for booking your rooms as they have to be under your names for liability reasons via hotel policy but they will be at an exclusive discounted rate.

I am asking everybody if possible to donate $50-$100 to cover all activities, food, drinks, t-shirts, etc for the family reunion weekend. Please contact me individually about donation that way I can get your shirt sizes as well.

This reunion is put together by me, a younger generation in the family, I want to meet people I have never met, reconnect with my family I haven’t seen in months and I want us to come together because life is short and family is everything. I hope that everybody will help make this a memorable event weekend and be in attendance.
