More Event Information
Come and enjoy good food, good company, and good fun at the first annual Eve Retreat!
Tucked away in the heart of Missouri, the Wilderness Lodge Resort is being taken over by Capsuleers! This venue has several gorgeous cabins with all the amenities, full kitchens, living areas and private bedrooms for everyone to stay in comfort. There are also private cabin suites available for couples.
On top of that, the resort lodge has some great facilities. There’s a fully staffed bar, a rec room with pingpong and foosball and even a GODDAMN LIBRARY. Outside, there is a mini golf course, zip lining, a pool and options of bonfires and hiking.
All of this… is reserved just for us. That’s right – the entire resort will be our own private Eve Extravaganza for the whole weekend.

Activities
A final list of activities is still being ironed out, but you can be assured they will include copious amounts of board gaming, eve trivia, mini golf tournament, and much more!
And of course, plenty of alcohol to be shared.
Food and Lodging
The event is located at the Wilderness Lodge Resort and everyone that attends will need to stay at the venue. Our special event pricing is $100 a night per person and this includes:
- A stay in one of the resort’s luxury cabins
- Custom made breakfast every morning
- A three course dinner every night
If you wish to stay in one of the private Riverside Suites, there is an additional fee.
Ticket costs have an extra fee included to help pay for fees, food for lunches, and alcohol.
PLEASE NOTE:
The ticket price includes the first night’s stay at the resort. You will be expected to pay for the additional two nights of the event at the venue.
An option for a fourth night is available at a discounted rate
Transportation
If you are outside of driving distance, the best place to fly into is St. Louis. We will have a caravan or carpool of some sort headed from STL to the event on Thursday afternoon.
