ANNUAL CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT
Held at Ironwood Golf Course on Sunday March 22nd, 2020
We are looking for donations and/or sponsorships. Each year we use the contributions to provide sponsorships and
financial support for the Elks Youth Camp in Umatilla, FL. If you would like to sponsor, donate or have any questions

DIAMOND – $2,500
– Tournament will bear sponsor’s name and will be mentioned in ALL advertisements.
– A large banner will be placed by the putting green and will receive recognition.
– Prior to the start of the tournament, a plaque will be presented in the sponsor’s name.
– Scholarship provided for two youths to experience The Elks Youth Camp for one week.
– Four representatives of the sponsor are welcome to play in the tournament as a team. Each will receive a bag of
goods.
PLATINUM – $1,000
– Sponsor’s name will be mentioned in ALL advertisements.
– A large banner will be placed by putting green and will receive recognition.
– Scholarship provided for one youth to experience The Elks Youth Camp for one week.
– Four representatives of the sponsor are welcome to play in the tournament as a team. Each will receive a bag of
goods.
GOLD – $500
– A large sign will be displayed by the putting green and will receive recognition.
– Scholarship provided for one youth to experience The Elks Youth Camp for one week.
– Four representatives of the sponsor are welcome to play in the tournament as a team. Each will receive a bag of
goods.
SILVER – $350
– Sponsor will be promoted on a sign placed at a tee box and will receive recognition.
– Scholarship provided for one youth to experience The Elks Youth Camp.
– One representative of the sponsor is welcome to play in the tournament and will receive a bag of goods.
BRONZE – $200
– Sponsor will be promoted on a sign placed at a tee box and-will receive recognition.
– Scholarship provided for one youth to experience The Elks Youth Camp for one week.

CORPORATE HOLE SPONSOR – $100 – Sponsor sign will be placed at a tee box and will receive recognition.
CLOSEST TO PIN (2 PRIZES) – $50/$150 – Prizes given in the name of the sponsor.
LONGEST DRIVE (2 PRIZES) – $50/$150 – Prizes given in the name of the sponsor.
CHINESE RAFFLE PRIZES – Gift certificate or product to be raffled away.
