More Event Information

On behalf of George’s family, we are inviting you to the 1st annual golf event honoring George Mayer. George lost his battle with cancer on April 9th, 2018. The Mayer family and Rich Maiden Golf Course have joined together to host the George F. Mayer Memorial on Sunday, August 19th. All proceeds from tournament go to Penn State Health, St. Joseph’s Cancer Center.

The event will be a 4 man scramble with a 7:30am shotgun start. Included in entry fee is lunch, golf, cart, prizes for longest drive and closest to pin. Groups will be placed into 2 flights following round with prizes for top 2 teams in each flight. Pot of gold and putting contest will be optional and an additional $5 each.
