Price includes:

• 18 hole green fee w/cart for 4


• Meal afterwards: Includes 1/3 lb brat or 1/4 lb cheese burger with the fixings.  Also includes potato salad and baked beans


• Pin Prizes


• Hole N One Prizes: Nike Deluxe Cart Bag/Nike Driver/Golf the Hills Season Pass/Nike Iron Set


• 4 “Ladies Only” Holes (“Ladies Only” holes are holes where the prizes are just for the ladies)

Additional Information:

• Dress Code: Proper golf attire, no tank tops or cut offs.  Players will be asked to leave with no refund.


• Type of Play: This tournament will be a 4 Person Scramble with a Shotgun start at 1:30 pm


• Pace of Play: Player assistants have full authority to maintain pace of play expectations.  Failure of groups to maintain pace of play could result in groups being asked to advance to the next hole


• Alcohol: Liquor not purchased from Eagle Hills may not be allowed on the property.  No private coolers will be allowed on the golf course.  Players will be asked to return all items to their car.  If there are any issues, players will be asked to leave with no refund.


• Weather: Tournament will commence as scheduled unless the superintendent determines the course to be unplayable.  If weather becomes an issue and we can not play, a new tournament date will be set.


• Refunds:  Once tickets are bought, there are no refunds.  The only opportunity for a refund is due to weather issues and the player not being able to take part in the new tournament date.  Players not able to play the new date will have one (1) week to notify New Hope 4 Lungs, or forfeit their ticket.

We will have two drink carts out on the course for the purchase of drinks.  Brats and burgers will be at a first come first serve.  If you plan on eating more than one meal, please purchase an additional “second plate of food” ticket.  We welcome people to eat as much as they want, we just need to account for the food at the event.

Banquet ONLY tickets: $25/person (includes dinner)

There will be a silent auction before and during the banquet.  

All golfers are able to purchase two (2) mulligans to be used during the tournament for $10.

Deadline for registration is due by July 1st.  There will be no “day of” registration due to having the carts ready the day of the event.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  

All sales are final.  There will be no refunds available unless weather becomes an issue.
