More Event Information
Each year, the David Blitz Memorial Golf Tournament selects someone in need and helps with their financial needs. This year, they selected our Emma the Superstar! The goal is to raise money for her service dog. The cost is over $13,000 so we need your help, too! You can help by signing up for the golf tournament (dinner included), coming to the dinner, or by donating (cash or raffle prizes). Golfer registration is $150 per person, dinner only is $60 per person.
The memorial fund also welcomes sponsors. I will post the sign up sheet for the dinner/tournament and also the sponsorship form. Anything you can do to help will be greatly appreciated! Share this event and help spread the word!

You can pay/donate by credit card if you use the sign up form. Just make a note that this is a donation if you’re not planning to come to the event.
If you are planning to come to the event (golf and dinner or just dinner), please RSVP with the attached form by June 16th!
