Declynne Mounts charity golf tournament – 4 person team scramble

Declynne is an 11 month old who was recently diagnosed with an aggressive form of Leukemia. She is currently undergoing a long hospital stay at Nemours Children’s Hospital to treat her cancer, including chemo therapy, surgery and many other aspects of this battle. The goal of this tournament is to support her and her family in the most difficult time of their lives.
