About Harlan’s Heroes
Harlan’s Heroes is dedicated to spreading awareness and aid those affected by pediatric cancer, with an emphasis on recurring brain cancer. Our mission is to provide the entire family with help, hope, and care.
Harlan’s Heroes was established to spread awareness and offer aid to fellow pediatric cancer patients and families, with an emphasis on recurring and terminal brain cancer diagnosis. So much is available for patients and families at the time of “original” diagnosis; grants, gift cards, toys, etc. Unfortunately when a patient relapses many foundations come up empty handed for the child and family. Harlan’s Heroes’ goal is to ease some of the burdens that only a select few know and understand that accompany with relapse and terminal illness.
Harlan’s Heroes provides “give backs” for individuals once approved through an application screening process. These givebacks are not predetermined but are instead customizable to the child and family’s needs. Every effort is made to help children and families create lasting memories without the concern of daily living expenses.
