Dear Partners & Friends,

Please see the specifics when deciding on your level of sponsorship for our Tournament on October 7th at Backcreek Golf Course. As you can see there are many perks for each level.

If you have a business and want to purchase (a company sign) to advertise, please do the following. Send us your logo (JPEG) in the following format to the email address by September 15, 2017: Contact event using the form below.:

Tee Box Company Sign – HHDC will have your logo on a 24 X 18 sign at one of the 18 golf holes

The cost is $75 which can be paid on the website at www.helpinghandsdevelopmentcenter.com. Just indicate that your payment is for your signage.

Golfers

Individual Golfer – $125 (includes 1 round of golf, banquet dinner & favor)

Foursome – $450

Banquet Dinner -$40 / per person

Sponsorship Levels (All Players Receive Banquet Tickets)

Diamond Sponsor ($10,000) – foursomes, 16 Favor packages, corporate name on a hole-in-one, and  hole and longest drive competition hole, presence on HHDC website for 1 year, 4 complimentary guest tickets for 4 course dinner banquet.

Platinum Sponsor ($5,000) – 3 foursomes, 12 favor packages, corporate name on one hole-In-one competition hole, recognition on HHDC website for 1 year and 3 complimentary.

Dinner Sponsorship ($2,500) – Name and logo on 1 course sign, presence on HHDC website for 1 year, 2 complimentary registration for 2 banquet dinner guests.

Gold Sponsor ($1500) – 2 foursomes, 8 favor packages, corporate name on tee box, recognition on HHDC website for 1 year & 2 complimentary registrations for additional guests at 4 course banquet dinner.

Silver Sponsor ($1,000) – 1 foursome, 4 favors packages, corporate name on tee box, recognition on HHDC website for 6 months & 1 complimentary registration for additional guest at 4 course banquet dinner.

Bronze Sponsor ($750) – 1 foursome plus banquet tickets for all, favor packages, corporate name on tee box and recognition on HHDC web for 6 months.
