The Touchdown Club of Houston will honor Jacob Green’s inhuction into the College Football Hall of Fame with a golf tournament and reception. The golf tournamnet will be at 10 a.m., Thurs., June 6, at the Wildcat Golf Club, 12000 Almeda Road. Each foursome will have a Hall of Fame Aggie to give them a fivesome. Aggies legends who have committed to play are Bubba Bean, Phil Bennett, Mark Dennard, Dave Elmendorf, Edd Hargett, John Roper, Jackie Sherrill, R.C. Slocum, Pat Thomas, Shea Walker, Mickey Washington and Robert Wilson. 
A reception after the golf tournament where all the Hall of Famers will be available to talk and give autographs is at 5 p.m., at the Bayou City Event Center, 9401 Knight Road. You do not have to play in the golf tournament to attend the reception. Tickets to the reception only are $50 each and are available by calling 713-849-9860, emailing Contact event using the form below., or at the door. The reception will be in a tailgate format, where food and drinks will be at different stations. Each station also will have a Hall of Famer.
