Golf fees are $175 individual or $600 foursome; includes golfer goody bag, lunch, dinner, wine tasting and auction

Dinner only (no golf) is $35/person or $50/couple; includes wine tasting and auction

This is a unique opportunity to enjoy a top-notch golf experience on an absolutely beautiful course. We will have lots of fun things planned for our golfers on the course too. Golfers and non-golfers alike will want to shop our fabulous silent auction with wonderful finds for everyone, and won’t want to miss the exciting live auction. Carrabba’s Italian Grill will be serving up a delicious lunch and dinner. Newbie wine drinkers to connoisseurs will enjoy the wide array of great wines that Ron’s Liquors at Costco will be presenting for our wine tasting. We do want to save some surprises so you’ll have to come out to the event to see all we have planned. Golf, shopping, food, and wine in addition to great people getting together for a great cause all at a beautiful venue! Does it get any better than that?

All proceeds benefit Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy, a non-profit organization founded in 1994 by parents of children with Duchenne and Becker Muscular Dystrophy whose mission is to support and fund on-going research efforts. (www.parentprojectmd.org) Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) is the most common lethal genetic disorder diagnosed during childhood. It is a progressive muscle disorder that causes gradual loss of muscle function and independence. To date, there is no cure. Thanks much in part to funding for research raised through events such as the Jumping Jack Event, the gene that causes DMD was successfully identified in 1986. While that was a significant step, and new research strategies are being pursued and new medical trials are underway, little has impacted the survival rate. Ultimately, DMD will take the life of the thousands of children (mostly boys) who are affected unless new treatments are found. This is why we must continue our efforts to fund further research. With your help, we aim to End Duchenne.

The Jumping Jack for MD Event is a grass roots effort with strong community support. Entry fees, auction purchases, and all other donations are tax deductible.
