Join us for our 20th Annual Circle Home “Links To Hope” Golf Tournament!  This tournament supports services for patients with advanced illness and their families.  We start with a continental breakfast and practice on the driving range from 7:00 – 8:00 AM; shotgun start promptly at 8:00 AM (scramble format); lots of challenge and fun on this terrific course; and a closing lunch.  There will be prizes and surprises!  In previous years, golfers have rated our tournament very highly.  Take advantage of this very reasonable fee to enjoy 18 holes of golf during a spring day on the links! You’ll be helping the patients and families who need compassionate care now.
