LA’s Biggest Health & Wellness Sporting Event For Everyone

Register now before space fills up for the always fun filled, annual Tennis Tournament of the LA Corporate Challenge. Play for gold, silver, bronze medals, and yes of course bragging rights. Your cost is only $25 and allows you to compete in the Tennis Tournament and $45 for two or more of the additional 29 single or team sporting events within the Corporate Challenge. There’s something for everyone. These additional sports include 3-on-3 Basketball, 5vs5 Soccer, Bike Race, Bowling, Darts, Disc Golf, Dodgeball, Duathlon, Fishing, Flag Football, Golf, Half Marathon, Horseshoes, Long Jump, Pool, Racquetball, Shot Put, Softball, Swim Meet, Table Tennis, Track Meet, Trap Shooting, Triathlon/Team Triathlon, Tug-of-War, Volleyball, Walk, and Weightlifting. The LA Corporate Challenge takes place over a 90 day period during the time frame of March 25 thru June 25 each year. Join thousands in this fun filled event as we promote health and wellness and help support the American Cancer Society and the Make A Wish Foundation. You as an individual or team can compete. The Corporate Challenge is an Olympic-type event that allows individuals who work for Los Angeles Area corporations or own their own business to interact with each other through a variety of sporting events. One of the largest corporate games in the country. The involved represent an employee base of over 150,000 Los Angeles individuals. Thousands more are spectators and several thousand more act as volunteers to assist with the Games. The LACC Games have more than twice as many competitors as the Olympic Games themselves!

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE LOS ANGELES CORPORATE CHALLENGE?
The LACC Mission Statement – To promote team building, health, wellness, and camaraderie by presenting participants the ability to challenge their bodies and minds through the spirit of corporate competition. The philosophy of the LACC has always been to promote employee fitness and recreation within the Los Angeles business community. No other event offers the diversity of sporting opportunities that are provided by the LA Corporate Challenge. We offer something for everyone. Recreational activities such as darts, horseshoes and fishing are represented as well as competitive athletic events such as softball, volleyball, swimming, and running. A noncompetitive walk is one of the most popular events in the LACC and gives everyone a reason to get out and be active!

Some of the many benefits to indivuduals who participate in the LA Corporate Challenge are: it improves morale; it allows employees to work together as a team outside of the workplace, building friendships and stronger work relationships; it allows employees to network with employees from other Los Angeles area businesses; and most importantly it gives these participants a reason to be active and contributes to their overall well-being. We’ve seen it work……many individuals train year round for the LACC, many have stopped smoking, dropped some excess weight, and have simply begun to lead a healthier lifestyle.
