More Event Information
LaGrange-Troup County Homeless Coalition will be hosting a Golf Tournament at the Highland Country Club located in LaGrange, Georgia on Thursday, June 15, 2017. Proceeds from the outing will be donated to the LaGrange-Troup County Homeless Coalition. Proceeds will be used to hire a Case Manager to work with those who are in chronic homelessness. Registration and payment is required in advance. Please register before May 26th.
Space is limited to 25 teams so sign up early.
The day of the event registration begins at 8:00 a.m. with a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start. We will be playing a 4-person scramble format with prizes for lowest team scores, lowest team putts, blind bogeys and closest to the pin.
The cost for each team of 4 players will be $350.00. This will include your greens fees for the 18 holes, a cart, meal, social and prizes. Appropriate attire is required (collared shirts, no cut-offs or blue jeans) and golf shoes must be soft spikes or spikeless.
Whether participating as a team or not, individuals and companies can still contribute to this fundraising campaign by any one of the following contributions:
• A $125 donation will place your company in the Big Heart Club. Because of your giving we can provide services to individuals who find themselves without a home.
•
• A $250 donation gives your company placement in the Inspiration Club. At this level, your company will receive recognition at least once during the event.
• A $500 donation places your company in the Rainbow Club. At this level, your company is recognized as a sponsor with name and logo displayed on a sign on a single hole. This level includes the entry fee for one 4-person team. Also, your company will be recognized during the event.
• A $1000 donation gives your company placement in the Hope Club. Your company name will be displayed on a “sponsors’ banner.” This level includes the entry fee for one 4-person team. Your company will be recognized at the social with a description of your mission and products.
Also, at this level, your company can set up a tent to display your product(s). Optional
This is voluntary, but does allow your organization to be a recognized sponsor. This joint assistance helps keep the cost for all participants’ low, while providing each sponsor with recognition for their cooperation.
