Please join us for the Inaugural Mobile Azalea Trail Golf Tournament. All proceeds benefit the Mobile Azalea Trail Maids.

Location: Heron Lakes Country Club
ENTRY FEE:
Four player teams – $100 per player
Submit entry by March 15, 2018 to guarantee your spot and preferred shirt size
EVENT PACKAGE:
Green fees, 2 carts per team, Team awards for various places, Awards Presentation, Snacks and beverages, Catered lunch,
Gift bag & free raffle ticket, and more
HIGHLIGHTS: Mulligans $5 each OR 3 for $10, Hole prizes for Closest to the Pin and longest drive, and Raffle tickets for prizes & more
