Join MOSAIC PTO for a fun filled day of golf and catered BBQ dinner by Andre’s. Four person teams sold for $300.00. Must be 21+ to play. Registration forms are being mailed to all MOSAIC families. We have space for 36 teams only. Registration will be on a first come first serve basis and you will receive email confirmation your team is registered once payment is received.
