Patrick Henry Elementary School Golf Tournament Fundraiser

When: Monday, May 1, 2017 at 1:30 p.m.

Where: Westfields Golf Club, Clifton, VA (http://www.westfieldsgolf.com/)

Who: Parents and friends of PHES and anyone else interested in playing!

Cost: $100 total entry fee. ($25 Contribution to PHES PTA. $75 tournament greens fee per player). Entry includes unlimited range balls, contest prizes, beverages and more. Please pay Via PayPal to Contact event using the form below. 

Prizes: Multiple prizes for participants, including top finishing teams, closest to the pin and longest drive contests, and other contests. Prizes to include golf gear and apparel, gift certificates from Columbia Pike and more.

Format: Four-person scramble. Scramble format means each player hits from each position and you take the best shot of the four each time until you complete the hole. Shotgun start – meaning all teams will tee off at 1:30 p.m. sharp from different holes on the course.

Teams: You can enter as an individual (and get paired as a team), enter a full team, or enter as two or three players and get paired to complete a full team. If you want to enter as a team or join up with a specific player/s, email Ben Milder at Contact event using the form below..
