Grand Slam Sponsorship: $15,000

• Company name and logo with the exclusive title of “Golf Course Sponsor” displayed at four holes
• Prominent display of company logo on all event materials and signage
• Two golf foursomes (7 players and Hall of Famer, Harold Baines)
• One foursome will exclusively include Hall of Famer, Harold Baines
• Full-page ad in the event program and featured sponsor in all press releases
• Company representative to make a brief speech at the awards ceremony
• Table/Tent provided for sponsor’s display materials at lunch (materials provided by sponsor)

Home Run Sponsorship: $7,500

• Prominent display of company logo on event signage and promotional materials

• Table/Tent provided for sponsor’s display materials at lunch (materials provided by sponsor)
• Half-page ad in the event program
• Recognition of company in press releases
• Opportunity to insert company literature or giveaways in “swag bag”
• One (1) Signed Baseball Bat by Harold Baines HOF

Base Hit Sponsorship: $6,000

• Company name and logo on the continental breakfast table (signage for table(s) display required 10 days prior to the tournament)
• Company name and logo on event signage and event program
• One golf foursome (4 players)
• Company name and logo with “Base Hit Sponsor” displayed at two holes
• Opportunity to insert company literature or giveaways in “swag bag”
• One (1) Signed Baseball by Harold Baines HOF

Registration Table Sponsorship: $4,000

• Company signage with logo on the registration table (signage for table(s) display required 10 days prior to the tournament)
• One golf foursome (4 players)
• Company name and logo in event program and press releases
• Opportunity to insert company literature or giveaways in “swag bag”
• One (1) Signed baseball by Harold Baines

Beverage Carts Sponsorship: $3,000

• Company name and logo located on Beverage Cart (signage needed 10 days in advance)

• Recognition in press releases

• One (1) Signed baseball by Harold Baines

Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin Sponsorship: $2,000

• Two golf players (2 players)
• Recognition in press releases
• Opportunity to insert company literature or giveaways in “swag bag”

Tee Box Sponsorship: $250 per hole

• Company name and logo on Game Hole and Practice Putting Green
• Company logo in event program
• Opportunity to insert company literature or giveaways in “swag bag”

All Sponsor Signage is due by Monday, August 28th

• All donations will be recognized in the event program.

Note: All sponsorships and donations are tax-deductible to the extent the law allows.

In the Event of Inclement Weather In the event of inclement weather leading to the cancellation of the tournament, a makeup date will be announced promptly.

Player Refund Policy If a player cancels their participation in the tournament 8 or more calendar days before the event a refund will be issued to their credit card after deducting a $35 administration fee. If a player cancels within 7 days or less prior to the tournament NO refunds will be given.
