Join Rick Braun as he hosts this one of a kind New Year’s Eve celebration with a different set of top contemporary jazz headliners each year.  This years headliners are….Mr. Rick Braun, Dave Koz and Jonathan Butler!  We will have Michael Lington to open up the 12/31 show, and to Start the Party Early on 12/30 we have the talented Vincent Ingala, back by popular demand, to get us rolling at an optional concert AND throughout the whole two days, the vocal pipes of Lindsey Webster.  This is going to bring the house down!


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


On Saturday, December 30th starting at 8:00 PM (optional casual concert, limited seating, prices $46.50 for VIP and $36.50 for General Admission) 



  • ALL seating, VIP and General Admission, to Start the Party Early on 12/30 will be reserved.  So no lines to wait in!

  • A link to purchase these tickets will be provided with your confirmation email from the 12/31 gala.

  • Bring your tickets (the ones attached to your confirmation email when you purchase tickets) for entry to all events – so bring them; we scan them, and in you go!  We will have a table at registration for those of you who forget your tickets. 

  • Beverages will be available for purchase.


On Saturday, December 30th at 9:00 AM we will have a Celebrity Golf Tournament.  We will send out registration information, costs, and ticket process in September.


We will have event shirts available for purchase in both women’s and men’s styles PRIOR to the event.  We will send out purchase information in September as well.  We will NOT have them available onsite at the event, so please make sure to pre-order those.


On Friday, December 31st, reception starting at 6:45 PM



  • To insure everyone gets what they want to eat on 12/31, when you order your tickets you will be asked how many of each type of entrée you want.  The entrees are beef (short rib), salmon, and vegetarian.  So ask your friends, if you are buying their tickets, what they want for dinner before you purchase!  We can change it later, but it will be easy if you know when you order. 

  • Beverages, including wine by the bottle, will be available for purchase.

  • Again, we will be scanning your tickets (the ones attached to your confirmation email when you purchase tickets) for entry to all events – so bring them; we scan them, and in you go!  We will have a table at registration for those of you who forget your tickets. 

  • At the reception we will have a New York Martini and Cocktail Bar for some great specialty drinks we picked for you that tie in with our theme. 

  • We are offering a Payment Plan for 3 or 6 month payments – see below for information on that process.  


In your ticket confirmation email will be TWO links – 



  1. one to buy tickets to Start the Party Early with Vincent Ingala on 12/30.

  2. one to book your hotel room with our special rate which you CANNOT get any other way, A room rate $159  (plus resort fee and tax) if you book your room by 11/27/17 and prepay.  If you book two or more nights by 11/27/17 and prepay, you will also receive a $25 resort credit per day for things like food and beverage, spa, golf, etc. charged to you room.  Bookings after 11/27/17 or with no prepayment, will be at $169 per night (plus resort fee and tax).


On purchasing tickets:



  • For all table types the system will pick best of seat for you if you select your desired level and number of tickets OR you can click on the seat plan on the upper right and choose your exact seats.  YOU MUST BE ON A COMPUTER (vs a device like an iPad of phone) TO PICK EXACT SEATS YOURSELF.  See below for specific instructions.

  • The Silent Auction will once again benefit families affected by autism and one other charity.

  • As indicated above, your ticket confirmation will include links for: the Start the Party Early concert on 12/30, our special hotel rates you cannot get anywhere else, and the website page where we will update information on the event as the year goes on.

  • THREE OR SIX MONTH PAYMENT PLAN our ticketing system offers a three or six month payment plans whenever you purchase your tickets – now or any time all the way through December!  There is a credit company called Affirm who administers it like a small loan that you pay each month – so when you go to purchase tickets, there is an option of payment that says “Monthly Payments with Affirm” so it is just like purchasing a ticket except you pay in monthly installments with a small interest rate.  PLEASE NOTE: you need to have a cell phone and be using the Google CHROME browser to use the Affirm process.  


ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE.  
(But they may be used by others.)
 


If a table or seat does not allow you to select it, that table is not available for sale. 


Orange tables = $269 per person + $5 processing fee
Pink  tables = $249 per person + $5 processing fee
Purple tables = $209 per person + $5 processing fee


HOW TO BUY TICKETS 
BEST IN HOUSE TICKETS
To let the system find the best seats for you – NOTE: for this type of purchase, you can purchase using a computer, phone or device such as an iPad:



  1. Indicate the number of tickets you wish to purchase in one of the ticket price levels and click the green Get Seats button.

  2. That will select and allow you to purchase the best seats available, in that level, in proximity to the stage.


PICK A SPECIFIC SEAT
To pick a specific seat you MUST FOLLOW these step by step instructions. If you cannot select a seat on the seat map, that seat or table is already spoken for and you need to look for another.


NOTE: YOU MUST BE ON A COMPUTER AND NOT A DEVICE (such as phone or iPad)
TO USE THE PICK A SEAT FUNCTION.


Here are the steps – we advise you print this page and go step by step – it is easy if you do that.



  1. Make sure you use Chrome or Firefox browsers, as Internet Explorer and the ticketing system do not get along some of the time!

  2. IGNORE the different level selection boxes for tickets and click on the right, under the small seat map, where it says SELECT SEATS ON THE VENUE MAP.

  3. Find the seats at the table you desire, then click on EACH seat individually, one at a time, and you will see them appear in the right hand column.

  4. On the right column should be the table and seat number for the total tickets selected. Verify you have all your desired tickets.

  5. Click the green CHECKOUT button and then proceed through the sale.

  6. NOTE: If you need the payment plan, select “Monthly Payments with Affirm” in the Payment type.
