RNG WORKS – Technical Workshop & Trade Expo for the Renewable Natural Gas industry will be hosted at the Music City Center in Nashville, TN (show dates: September 13-14).

RNG WORKS is designed for feedstock owners (landfill, wastewater, livestock, agriculture and food processing), RNG project developers, operators, financiers, engineers, equipment providers, manufacturers, technology and service providers, marketers, transporters, fleets, municipalities, universities, utilities and other end-users, consumers and customers who want to better understand RNG project development, operations, deployment and utilization.

RNG WORKS educates, demonstrates and promotes RNG industry best practices, for purposes of helping realize sustainable development, deployment and utilization of renewable natural gas – and for purposes of helping achieve greater energy independence and access to domestic, renewable, clean fuel and energy supply.

Registration and sponsorships are also available for the RNG WORKS Golf Tournament at Gaylord Springs (ranked #1 public golf course in Tennessee!) on September 12.

Tuesday, September 12th:

10am- 5pm: Exhibitor Move In

1:30pm: Golf (separate registration required)

Wednesday, September 13th:

7am: Refreshments

8am – 7pm: Exhibits Open

8am – 5pm: Presentations

5pm – 7pm: Evening Reception

Thursday, September 14th:

7am: Refreshments

8am – 2pm: Exhibits Open

8am – 12pm: Presentations

12pm- 2pm: Closing Lunch/Exhibits Close

2pm-5pm: Exhibitor Move out

When registering, whose information should I enter?

Please enter the information of the person that will be attending. *NOTE: Name, Title and Company will be printed on your attendee badge EXACTLY AS ENTERED.  

How do I obtain an information kit for my purchased Exhibit Space?

A link to the Exhibitor Portal will be emailed to the booth contact. Any Hosts or Sponsorships secured after 12:00 AM on August 28 may forfeit the exhibit space otherwise included with the sponsorship.

How do I obtain the additional registrations included with my sponsorship?

If you have registered at a Host/Sponsorship Level that includes more than one member registration, a link will be emailed to access the additional registrations included.

Is there an RNG WORKS preferred hotel or room block?

We do not have a room block. DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, ATTENDEES ARE ENCOURAGED TO SECURE HOTEL RESERVATIONS WELL IN ADVANCE OF RNG WORKS. 

 

Where can I find the layout of the exhibit area/ location of my exhibit?

A floor plan will be available to exhibitors no less than 30 days prior to event start. We will work to ensure each exhibitor is given the best possible exhibit space in the order space is secured.

What is the dress code?

Dress for RNG WORKS is casual. We recommend you wear whatever is most comfortable for you. Since temperatures can vary in the Expo Hall,  consider bringing a light jacket or sweater.

Do I need a ticket to enter? Where do I pick up my badge?

Your proof of registration is required to obtain your entrance badge, which will enable access into the Technical Workshop and Expo Hall. Please have your email confirmation in hand at Registration & Check-in.

Badges will NOT be mailed out prior to the conference. Your RNG WORKS badge must be picked up on-site at the Registration & Check-in counter Tuesday, September 12th,10am – 5pm or Wednesday, September 13th, 7am – 5pm
