Mentorship is core tenet of SAME and as we run to our 100-year anniversary our Post has decided to formalize a Mentor-Protege program. The program will kick off at our March meeting and run through the end of the year. I ask that you pass the following link to anyone who might be interested across your companies. All ages welcome and they do not need to be a SAME member. https://goo.gl/forms/ttoXiqgTJ4vNMBp92
Our Post is also providing $2,500 scholarships to graduating high school seniors and college students this year. We have not advertised this program broadly enough in the past, so I need your help putting the two attachments in the hands of every high school teacher, counselor, church, scout troop, etc. who you might know. Applications are due May 4th. http://www.same.org/Dallas/Scholarships
If the Google form doesn’t work, or if you have trouble downloading the attachments, please contact 214-920-8084.
