The Slovenian Sports Klub will be holding their annual softball weekend on June 25th and 26th on the grounds of St. Mary in Lemont. We will also be holding an adult soccer tournament and golf outing during this fun-filled weekend! All spectators and players are welcome!
Home Run Contest! Ultimate Frisbee & Bolina Tournament! Live Music!
There will be games and activities for kids throughout the weekend. The Retreat House will be available for nightly accommodations on a first come, first serve basis. Tenting on the grounds will also be allowed.
GOLF OUTING
FRIDAY June 23th at Prairie Bluff in Lockport, IL
The packed weekend activities start with our 3rd Annual Canada vs. USA Golf Event on Friday, June 23th starting at 1:30 PM. We will be playing at Prairie Bluff in Lockport off Route 53. Cost is $40.00 per person (includes a cart) and tee times begin at 2:30 pm. Format will be a 4 man scramble with winners names going on the Sports Klub Trophy. SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT
SAT June 24th & SUN June 25thon the grounds of St. Mary, Lemont
Sunday – mass at the grotto 11am
Players must be a minimum of 15 years of age to participate.
Join us Saturday night for fireworks and bon fire. Sunday at 11am for outdoor mass in the grotto immediately followed by lunch “on the hill” (mass and lunch sponsored by the SSK). SOCCER TOURNAMENT
SAT June 25th on the grounds of Mount Assisi in Lemont, IL
This will be a 7 vs 7 tournament with goalies. 30-minute halves. Adults only. The level will be competitive. Matches will run from 9am until 6pm on Saturday, including the championship.
