Thanks for joining us for our 18th Year!  This year we will again be at We‑Ko‑Pa Golf Resort, golfing on both of their outstanding courses, Cholla and Saguaro.  We think you’ll enjoy this same venue as last year.  We are looking forward to another great year with lots of fun and, as always, plenty of prizes!   All proceeds will go to Special Olympics, Miracle League of Arizona and new this year; Campbell’s Crew Cares.  We are excited to be supporting all 3 of these great charities. 

There are 288 openings for this event and it will fill up on a first-come first-serve basis. A minimum of 1 player per team must be a Southwest Airlines Employee.  

Eventbrite will create a user name from your e-mail so you can update your Team information as needed. Your Team foursome player deadline must be completed by March 18th, 2016. Please be aware that service charges will apply during registation. 

There will be special events-including a putting contest, hole-in-one and closest to the pin competitions for great prizes, and many more activities!

Thursday, April 4

Afternoon Tee time 1:00 p.m.  

There is a $10 charge for guests that are not golfing but would like to attend the banquet.  Tickets can be purchased at registration or at the dinner.  Dinner will start at 7:00 pm and the door prizes will be drawn at 8:00 pm.  Buses will provide transportation to LaPuesta from the hotel.  Bus service will start at 6:45 pm. 

Hotel Information 

The Wekopa Resort and Conference Center will be offering a room rate of $134 for Deluxe Rooms and $194 for Junior Suites!  To reserve a room you can call the Resort directly at (480)789-5300 or online at (code coming). In order to receive the group rate when making phone reservations, please identify yourself as a member of the Southwest PHX MX Golf Tournament. 

Rental cars – Feel free to use the rental car company of your choice.  Rental car rates at this time of the year are very consistent.
