Team Cholla Foundation 5th Annual Golf Tournament
Saturday, February 15, 2020
Arizona National Golf Course
Format: Four Person Scramble
Registration fee: $125/person or $500/team includes green fees, practice range, cart fees, hole contest, dinner, prizes & awards. Men’s and Couples Divisions, winning teams each division receive $500 cash.
Award Ceremony and Dinner will be held at the golf course clubhouse immediately following play.
Tournament Hosted by The Cholla Foundation
10:30 am – Registration
Raffle Table and Silent Auction items open for bids.
11:50 – Report to Carts
Noon – Shotgun start
4:30 – Social hour, cash bar, raffle
6:00 – dinner and awards.
If you don’t have a team, we will pair you up with some fun Team Cholla members. Additional guest are welcome for dinner at a cost of $30 each.
Registration closes February 10th, 2020. Register early to ensure a spot as we are limited to 32 teams.
Play will commence, rain or shine. Sorry, no rainchecks.
