More Event Information

Rhonnie Brewer and the campaign committee invite you to join us for our 1st Inaugural Tee Up 4 Change Golf Tournament on Saturday June 2, 2018 at Fox Meadows Golf Course in Memphis, Tennessee. The tournament will be a four- person scramble beginning at 8:00 a.m. 

A portion of the proceeds from the tournament benefit Hope House. The Hope House Memphis mission is to improve the quality of life for HIV-affected individuals and their families by providing high quality early childhood education and social services. Hope House is a catalyst for lifelong change in the lives of those affected by HIV and poverty.

The cost for an individual is $100 per person or $350 per foursome.  

This is an opportunity for great prizes, great food, excellent golf, and a superb opportunity to network while impacting change in our community. 

This will undoubtedly be a fun-filled Saturday morning, so save the date and make plans to attend.

Golf Tournament Sponsorship Opportunities

Reserve by May 15th (A Committee Member will be calling you with detail about this opportunity.)

1. Partnership Sponsor $750

( ) Include 4 players + raffle tickets for each, Company/Organization name throughout the Tournament materials and media notation

2. Hole Sponsor $250

(   ) One player + raffle ticket, signage at selected tee, Company/Organization name throughout the Tournament materials and media notation

3. Donate any amount you wish. We would be happy to have many small sponsors and feel like this is a community event that deserves widespread community support.

4. Items for golf tournament participants (keychains, pens, gift certificates, etc.)
