The Ascendant LPGA benefiting Volunteers of America, located just north of Dallas, is the oldest LPGA Tour event in the state of Texas. The world’s best female professional golfers come to The Colony, TX vying for a $1.8 million purse. Players will play four rounds of Tournament golf at Golf Clubs at The Tribute at Old American Golf Club. The Ascendant LPGA benefiting Volunteers of America will be open to the public during championship play Thursday, October 5 – Sunday, October 8.

The tournament provides experiences and activities for the entire community to enjoy. New for 2023, BITE by the Lake will be an upgraded culinary experience featuring complimentary food and drink samplings from around the Dallas – Ft. Worth Metroplex. Stationed near the 17 Green, BITE by the Lake will feature a large picnic area featuring a variety of restaurant and bar partners for patrons to sample complimentary food and beverages. Daily tickets to BITE by the Lake start at $50 per day.

Throughout the entire tournament week, kids 17 and under receive complimentary admission with a ticketed adult. All military personnel, first responders and their families also receive complimentary admission with valid ID.
