More Event Information

As we all know SATURDAYS ARE FOR THE BOYS… or at least they used to be. 

There is a scary moment in every guys life when he realizes that he and his best friends are drifting apart.  As we get older and become invested in our careers, get married and start our families, it can become harder and harder to connect with the boys on a regular basis. We take for granted that the guys will always be there and eventually what you used to be weekly beers turns into monthly, which turns into yearly!! Those golf rounds keep getting delayed or never booked at all because we are… “busy”.

With the rise of social media, it’s easy to forget how important real friendships are. It has given us this false connection with our friends, we see them daily, but through instagram or facebook. We replace beers and giving eachother a hard time with a simple double tap. This sense of “instant connection” at your finger tips desguises itself as effeceint and time saver, but at what cost? When was the last time you actually reached out and connected face to face??

According to more and more research, there are major health consequences mentally and physically when we don’t maintain our friendships and have our “Guy Time”. On the flip side there’s also ton of possitive side effects to having strong friendships as well.

This is what The BROJCT is all about. It’s time to reconnect and create a badass community of men that can fuel and support eachother while handling all the other responsibilities of life. It doesn’t and shouldn’t be done alone. We will sweat, eat, drink some beer, compete and have a damn good time doing it!

Here is what the evening will consist of:

1 Hour Bro workout-Chest and Biceps, thats all we need boys! Followed by post workout Beer provided by Polar Park Brewery (They are a new brewery opening this summer!) Food and then things will get serious with a Doubles Ping Pong Tournament 

Freshset will have a swag package for the fellas and you will also be getting a little package from Lululemon!
