The Ballantyne Golf Club in Ballantyne, NC on June 4, 2018. The Diamond Classic is Charlotte’s newest annual golf open and social charity event. The Diamond Classic will provide a day of fun on the course and an inspirational experience at the Tournament Awards Luncheon & Networking on The Greens. There will be refreshments at the 10th hole and media coverage.
Bring your game and help some “Diamonds in the Rough” shine!
Proceeds for this event will benefit Safe Alliance and the Clyde and Ethel Dickson Domestic Violence Shelter.
About Safe Alliance
Our Mission is to provide hope and healing for those impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault. We do this through a continuum of life-saving programs and services such as emergency shelter, trauma counseling, court advocacy, and legal representation. Safe Alliance assists more than 10,000 people annually throughout Mecklenburg County, including Lake Norman. We also reach thousands more through our educational and prevention programs as well as institutional advocacy efforts.
Sponsorship and Partnership Opportunities
We are approaching you with the opportunity to sponsor and support the newest charity golf tournament in the Charlotte region. We have a wide variety of levels to fit any budget and philanthropic goal. While this sponsorship opportunity is for this year’s event, we are accepting pledges for next year. As noted in the sponsor pack, the dates for the next three years have been selected and the location will remain at The Golf club at Ballantyne. It is projected that your participation will put you in contact with approximately 150 individuals that are socially and civically active throughout the Queen City. Our goal is to register up to 120 golfers for this year’s tournament. You will be included in our TV and radio marketing campaigns. As a sponsor, your organization would be listed as an Event Partner and prominently featured on the Diamond Classic website, social media, and marketing information.
