Damascus Collingwood #643, F&AM, Toledo, Ohio is proud to announce the inaugural Tiffany Johnson Memorial Golf Tournament on May 20, 2017 at Whiteford Valley Golf Club, 7980 Beck Rd, Ottawa Lake, MI 49267.
Tiffany Johnson passed away at the age of 31, after a courageous two year battle with a rare form of ovarian cancer on June 23, 2016. Tiffany was a Cleveland Cavalier cheerleader, a beauty queen, and a humanitarian; always putting the needs of others before her own. Tiffany was diagnosed with stage 3C Ovarian Cancer a month after her first anniversary with her husband, Jack. Tiffany and Jack share their story as much as possible in hopes that it might inspire others to get their diagnosis early and get a head start healing. Tiffany fought like a true champion for two years and never gave up: through 42 chemo treatments, 10 blood transfusions, 2 surgeries and a stem-cell transplant. Tiffany’s faith in God never wavered and she never gave up!
Our goal at Damascus Collingwood is to bring awareness of Ovarian Cancer and assist financially for the Ovarian Cancer Connection through this fundraising effort, for many years to come!
