More Event Information

VAVETS (Virginia Veterans) Inaugural Memorial Day TopGolf Tournament with all proceeds to benefit local Virginia Veterans and First Responders. The event will be held on the upper deck of the TopGolf Facility in Ashburn, Virginia and will include the outside patio terrace where participants will enjoy live music, free buffet and a cash bar. Veterans from all era’s and first responders have been invited as our Honored Guests and a color guard will precede the start of the tournament.

TopGolf is for both golf enthusiasts and folks who have never played. Ever been bowling? Well, at TopGolf, you play in a “bay” rather than a lane, and from that bay, you hit micro-chipped golf balls into giant targets in the outfield to score points. A bay holds 6 golfers and a dedicated golf pro will be available to support our golfers. A raffle will be held at the end of the evening for items donated from local businesses plus a live auction will be conducted for special items.

VAVETS is an IRS certified 501(c)3 organization and all sponsorships and ticket purchases are tax deductible as a donation. 

Platinum Sponsors – receive signage on the website, bay and terrace; recognition at the event and a bay (includes 6 player tickets) near the patio terrace. (Large Business $5000 and Small Business $2500)

Bay Sponsors – receive signage on the website and bay, recognition at the event and a two (2) attendee tickets. ($250)

Sponsor a Local Hero – we have invited local heroes to join us at the event as our honored guests. Please consider sponsoring a local hero – a sponsored hero will receive the golfers package ($50 per ticket)

Play with a Local Hero – receive 4 hours of golf, coaching from a pro, a drink ticket, a raffle ticket, an appetizer to share with the bay, a south-western buffet, plus access to the terrace, live music and cash bar. ($50 per ticket)

Attendees – receive a raffle ticket, a south-western buffet, plus access to the terrace, live music and cash bar. ($25 per ticket)
