Player/Team Registration Information
Format: Captain’s Choice Four-person teams
Entry fee: $260 + 24 cans of food/team
($65 + 6 cans of food/individual)
Fee includes green and cart fees, favors, prizes, and lunch following play. Waters and sodas will be provided; beer available for sale.

Optional: Mulligans $5 Red/Silver Tees: $5
Limit one per player per side
“On the Green, Hole in One” – Hole #8 $5/player
After paying your fee, if your drive hits the green, it’s considered a hole in one.

Awards: Longest Drives, Closest to Pin, Longest made Putt
Since We Care is supported by local churches, we encourage teams to represent their church. The team representing a church with the lowest score will win the Pastor’s Trophy which will reside with that church for the year. That trophy currently is held by Chapin United Methodist Church.

While this tournament is a competitive event, it is more importantly a fund raising opportunity for you to support the We Care Center of Chapin. We thank you in advance for your generous support of this great ministry!

For 31 years, Chapin We Care Center has provided food and warmth to those in need in the Chapin area. In 2016, we distributed 247,221 pounds of food, $63,202 in utility assistance and $15,106 in gas/kerosene vouchers to 2,446 families in Chapin, Little Mountain, White Rock, Peak, Pomaria and Prosperity. In addition, we have special holiday programs, offer nutrition classes, host a farmer’s market, and have recently opened a computer lab for client use.

We Care is a proud member of the United Way and a partner agency of Harvest Hope Food Bank. As a 501(c)3 non-profit, we rely on the generosity of local churches, businesses, civic groups and individuals to help our clients. We operate thanks to broad support of our community through both funding and volunteers, and we are thankful that an average 90% of all donations are used directly for client services. This year’s 15th annual Sticky Open tournament will once again be a vital fundraiser for us, and we appreciate your participation!
