2018 WVU-RTP CHAPTER GOLF TOURNEY

GOLFERS: It’s time start preparing for the Chapter’s annual golf tournament to benefit the Chapter’s scholarship fund. The tournament is scheduled for April 28, 2018 at Lochmere Golf Club in Cary with a 4-man super-ball format. A tournament flyer (includes my contact info) and registration form (includes my mailing address) will be on the the chapter website beginning in March. As an incentive to register early, you’ll get a $5 discount on your registration fee ($70/ golfer instead of $75/golfer) if you register by April 1st (post marked envelope with payment and registration form).
Please spread the word about the tournament to your friends and co-workers. All players are welcome. We only ask that any professional golfers identify themselves on the registration form; professional golfers are not eligible for individual skill prizes (i.e., longest drive or closest to the pin).
Looking for a TITLE SPONSOR and HOLE SPONSORS:
• If you are interested in being a title sponsor, please contact Andy Higginbotham (Contact event using the form below.) for more details.
• Hole sponsorships are $100 and hole sponsors will have a sign with their name posted at the tee box of the sponsored hole. Pictures will be taken of each sign at the tournament and can be provided to the sponsor upon request. Please contact Andy Higginbotham (Contact event using the form below.) if you would like to sponsor a hole.
HOLE SPONSORSHIP with 4-PERSON TEAM: Holes sponsorships with a full 4-person team are $360, a savings of $10/golfer off the normal price plus advertising for the sponsor. If you are interested in doing a Team+Hole Sponsorship, please contact John Lannon (Contact event using the form below.).
TOURNAMENT PRIZE DONATIONS: Please contact Mike Wood (Contact event using the form below.) if you would like to donate a prize for the golf tournament. Donated items will be used as raffle prizes and golfer prizes. All donors will receive recognition at the tournament and in the weekly email following the tournament.
